Priority Consideration

We are grateful for the relationships we've built over the years. Priority is given to organizations that are current customers or have previously utilized All About Entertainment's services. We appreciate your continued support,  it's what makes giving back possible.

Please Note: If your event will be using rentals, décor, or entertainment services from another provider for items or services that All About Entertainment offers, we are unable to consider your donation request at this time.

Ticketed or Fee-Based Events

If your event requires tickets or charges an admission fee, we kindly ask that you include 5 complimentary tickets or admissions as part of the goodwill exchange for the contribution you are requesting. Please indicate this in the form below.

Not Eligible

We are unable to fulfill requests from:

- Organizations that discriminate based on race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, national origin, disability, veteran status, political affiliation, pregnancy, union membership, or any other legally protected status

- Individuals fundraising on behalf of a cause, participants in charity races, or pageant/contest participants
- Religious, labor, political, or fraternal/membership organizations
- Government entities
- Schools or educational institutions 
- Organizations requesting funds for endowments, loans, debt reduction, website development, or marketing sponsorship
- Donor advised funds, private foundations, or personal trusts
- Organizations requesting gift certificates for online auctions

*All About Entertainment reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine recipients of all charitable contributions.

 

How to Apply

Please review the guidelines above to confirm your organization qualifies, then complete the form below. A copy of your IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter may be required in PDF format.

Important Reminders:
- Requests must be submitted **at least 45 days** before your event or contribution need date
- Submit **one request per organization, per event, per calendar year**
- We only accept requests through this online form, phone, mail, and email requests are not accepted
- Due to the high volume of requests and our limited charitable giving budget, we are unable to respond to every submission
- You will receive an **automatic confirmation** within 24 hours of submitting. If you don't receive it, please verify your submission was completed and resubmit if needed
