Hiring a coordinator makes you feel like a guest at your own party, without having to worry about how things are running.

A Party Coordinator will not only help you put together all aspects and logistics of your party, and oversee it all on the day of your party, but also bring your party to the next level by suggesting little flourishes and specific details that will enhance your guest's experiences.
Party Coordinators do the following:
Help choose a theme
Help implement the theme appropriately throughout your party
Suggest extra special touches that set your party apart from the rest
Outline a timeline for you with scheduled activities
Day of party: Supervise the set-up, coordinate the arrival and execution of all performers, décor professionals and other vendors during the party.
Once you decide you would like to hire a Party Coordinator:
Call our office to make a consultation appointment. Your coordinator will speak to you on the phone first to gather some general details.
CONSULTATION: Up to 1 1/2 hours
Your appointment will be held at your home or the party venue. The coordinator will arrive with lots of great ideas, suggestions, pictures, and perhaps even some samples (if applicable).
You will discuss your party in depth from concept and general ideas, to ambiance, decor, food, entertainment, and any other important aspects of your party you wish to discuss. She will make many suggestions. You may make many suggestions and together you will define, design and perfect your party.
IMPLEMENTATION: Average is 4-6 hours
You can implement any ideas that arise from your meeting, or you can ask her to implement the ideas for you. There is an additional fee beyond 6 hours of implementation. An example of implementing an idea would be: you discuss with your stylist-coordinator that you want a fabulous Alice in Wonderland Tea Party. She brainstorms with you and you both come up with many ideas like a life-sized chess game and customized Wonderland signs around the party telling guests what each station is (among 10 other excellent ideas). You don't have the time or knowledge to make those things happen so you ask her to make all the arrangements.
Children's Birthday Party Coordination: $775
Mitzvah, Corporate, Holiday, Adult Birthday or Formal Occasion Coordination: $975
Additional Implementation: $50 per hour
